KeepSafe instructions and manufacturer information
The KeepSafe is a personal handheld tool that is manufactured in a copper-based alloy and limits your contact with potentially contaminated surfaces. It has been specifically designed to reduce the direct handling of touchpoints by the user.
The KeepSafe can be used for a wide range of touchpoint applications including, but not limited to; opening or closing doors, a useful touch stylus for use on cash/card machines, elevators, touch screens and as a bottle opener.
It is an everyday carry pocket sized tool that can be used in different work and domestic environments, especially in high-traffic areas where virus transmission is more likely.
The metal used is a copper-based alloy which has antimicrobial properties. By using a copper-based alloy, the KeepSafe is self-cleaning and most pathogens will be completely inactivated on its surface nearly 20 times as fast as on plastic or stainless steel.
The anti-microbial properties of this product never wear off, even if it tarnishes over time.
This product should be used in conjunction with other day-to-day anti-viral cleaning activities and not relied upon exclusively.
This product is not a replacement for normal hygiene routines, it will mitigate the risk of infection but will not eliminate the risk fully.
The intended purposes do not include DIY or other such activities.
The KeepSafe is not suitable for children under the age of 36 months.
The KeepSafe is supplied as bought, there are no accessories or spare parts and it comes with a 2-year manufacturer’s guarantee.
The KeepSafe is manufactured through an investment casting process and therefore the colour and surface finish may vary. There is no such thing as a completely flawless casting.
Clean when required with household cleaning detergents. A copper or brass cleaner can be used to produce a high-shine finish if required.
There are no special instructions for storage. Keep it in your pocket or close by you.
